The PR1500H is designed for high-volume, versatile output. It features four independent barrels, providing a robust foundation for continuous production.

Automatic Die Change: Each barrel is equipped with two dies as standard, featuring automatic die change technology to eliminate downtime and minimize CO2 loss.

Customizable Configuration: For operations requiring even greater versatility, an option for three dies per barrel is available, allowing for more variety in pellet sizes without manual intervention.

Dual-Size Production: The complete version of the PR1500H can produce two different pellet sizes simultaneously, catering to diverse application needs in a single run.

Extruder Plates

Allow your dry ice production equipment to meet all your production needs with the proper pellet or nugget die plate. Cold Jet's pelletizers can be properly outfitted to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Automatic Three Die Changer (Optional)

The new PR1500H features a 4-barrel configuration with the option to integrate triple die changers. This allows operators to load and maintain up to 12 dies within the equipment at once, offering unparalleled flexibility.
Integrated Dehumidifier (Optional)

Adding a dehumidifier eliminates internal moisture, preventing destructive frost buildup and costly extrusion die clogs. This drastically reduces maintenance downtime and ensures continuous, high-efficiency production of pure dry ice.
Valves and LDS (Optional)

The new PR1500H features optional upgrades, including a liquid CO2 valve, a gaseous CO2 valve, a liquid degassing system, and a VCO2 check valve. Together, these components guarantee maximum efficiency in liquid-to-dry-ice conversion.
