Returning your Cold Jet rental equipment

Please read the instructions below for how to return your Cold Jet machine.  There are two separate instructions on how to return your machine based on whether 1) you are responsible for return shipping or if 2) Cold Jet is responsible for return shipping.

1) When you are responsible for return shipping

Please use the steps listed below if you are responsible for the expense of your equipment return. Please check the terms of your rental agreement to determine if this applies.

Please Note:  If you are not sure of your Rental Agreement terms, please contact Cold Jet before shipping your equipment.

 

Please follow the steps below to prepare your machine for shipping:

1) Please prepare the equipment for shipping per the appropriate document below:

 

2) Please prepare the appropriate Bill of Lading and/or other paperwork for your shipping carrier

 

3) Using your carrier, please ship your equipment to:

2) When Cold Jet is covering return shipping

Please use the steps listed below only if Cold Jet is covering the expense of your equipment return. Please check the terms of your rental agreement to determine if this applies.

Please Note:

      • If you are responsible for your shipping expenses but you use this return procedure (at Cold Jet’s expense) you will be billed for the full cost of shipping plus a 10% handling fee.
      • If you are not sure of your Rental Agreement terms, please contact Cold Jet before shipping your equipment.

 

Please follow the steps below to prepare your machine for shipping and to schedule a pickup:

1) Please prepare the equipment for shipping per the appropriate document below:

 

2) Please download, print and complete the Cold Jet Bill of Lading:

 

3) Please call FedEx Freight at 1-800-722-0023 to locate your local FedEx Freight Center and schedule a pickup.

 

Please note the following important information:

      • Inform FedEx that the shipment will be Collect on Cold Jet’s account (you do not need the Cold Jet account number)
      • If you do not have a shipping receiving dock (elevated) or a forklift at your facility, you must tell FedEx that your pickup requires a truck with a lift
