The DS1000E

The DS1000E is an all-in-one system that produces and doses dry ice slices without the need to combine a pelletizer and a dry ice reformer.

This efficient, fully electric and automated dry ice production unit is designed to produce consistent, high-quality dry ice slices using liquid CO₂ and electrical power.

The DS1000E allows operators to easily program the size of slices and dosing frequency needed.  This eliminates the need, and dangers, of manually sawing dry ice blocks to the required slices.

The DS1000E is differentiated by its reduced cost and high-quality output. With minimal space requirements, the DS1000E can produce up to 2,200lbs/1000kg of dry ice slices per hour.

The machine parts are protected by a moisture-free enclosure, which also reduces the noise level to a minimum (below 75 dB(A).

The DS1000E is built on the latest technical advances in industrial PC controls which includes a 15.6” color touch display optimized for easy and intelligent control via multi-lingual context.

It’s also prepared for easy integration in your company’s control system. It can be a simple remote start/stop button or a more sophisticated solution via a BUS/Ethernet connection.

When the DS1000E is connected to your LAN or Internet, the entire display can be transferred to the computer desktop of your choice – anywhere in the world.
