  • Thermal-Kinetic Integration: Integrates high-energy thermal management with supersonic particle acceleration to exceed the performance of traditional dry ice blasting.
  • Heated Air Stream: Replaces standard ambient-temperature compressed air with a precisely heated compressed air stream.
  • Enhanced Velocity: Achieves up to a 70% increase in entrained air velocity compared to standard blasting methods.
  • Increased Impact Force: The increased air speed results in a nearly 3x increase in the impact force applied by the dry ice particles.
  • Dual-Hose Architecture: Utilizes a dual-hose design that isolates the solid CO2 media from the heated air stream until they both reach the nozzle to prevent premature sublimation.
  • Primary Media: Operates using a combination of solid CO2 (pellets or microparticles) and heated compressed air.
  • Zero Secondary Waste: The system’s cleaning process produces no secondary waste.
