Internal Sales Representative

Position Summary

The internal sales representative is responsible for coordinating sales activities in Europe (except Germany, Austria, Switzerland) with other international Cold Jet departments, managing repeat sales success and all other sales support activity. You will also be generating new leads and developing further our relationship with current customers. The job is located in the Cold Jet Zellik office (Belgium).

Position Responsibilities

  • Identify replicable sales opportunities, e.g. at customers’ sister locations, to develop new business through maintaining, developing and analyzing the monthly sales report
  • Collaboration with Regional Sales Manager in Europe and international Cold Jet departments to meet budgeted sales and service our customers
  • Sales support activities, e.g. generate and qualify leads through calling Cold Jet customers and act as liaison between customers and internal departments ensuring a positive flow of communication and information
  • Participate in the development of our Sales and Marketing infrastructure and support marketing events, e.g. trade shows
  • Data maintenance in CRM software
  • Review purchase orders for accuracy and completeness

Position Requirements

  • First experience in sales/marketing, an administrative or accounting role
  • Ability to perform in a fast paced, sales oriented organization
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to promote professional image of Cold Jet
  • Fluent in English, any other European language is a plus
  • Feels comfortable working in a manufacturing and international environment
  • Applies diplomacy and practical solutions with the available tools and resources to work customer oriented
  • Proficient in MS Office, CRM and ERP systems
