Description

This single-hose low pressure, electric dry ice blast cleaning system that utilizes dry ice pellets in a patented aerodynamic rotor which assure high reliability and smooth pulse-free dry ice blast flow at pressures up to 140 psi (9.7 bar).

Unique Features:

  • Variable dry ice pellet feed rate of up to 7lbs (3.2 kg) per minute
  • Patented isolated hopper supports dry ice pellet flow while reducing vibration and noise
  • Hour meter that will aid in tracking maintenance intervals, job or department costing
  • Hopper lid has a unique sliding screen design incorporating a safety interlock switch that disables machine when open

The AeRO 75 dry ice blasting system includes:

  • One 20' (6.1 m) length of dry ice blast hose with control cable
  • 25' (7.6 m) section of air hose
  • Dry ice blast applicator
  • Specified nozzle to best suit cleaning application needs
