2010-03-31 - Regional Sales Representative transitions into new position at Cold Jet

Experienced sales manager takes on a new role within Cold Jet

CINCINNATI - March 31, 2010 - Cold Jet, the world leader in dry ice blast cleaning and production technology, today announced the appointment of Chris Keef to Director of North American Distribution. In this role, Keef will plan, execute, manage and measure the effectiveness of the go-to-market strategy and execution to all markets in Canada and the United States.

A native of the New England area, Keef graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a degree in Psychology. Following that, Keef attained a wide range of experience in the field of distribution and channel management. Early in his career, Chris created and managed both inside and outside sales teams for equipment manufacturers based in New England. Later, he managed and developed channel sales for one of North America's largest SolidWorks resellers, CADD Edge. Keef has been with Cold Jet in the position of Regional Sales Representative since 2006.

Keef has experience developing sales and service offices internationally as well. While working at Affinity in Ossipee, New Hampshire, Chris sourced, managed and developed the reseller channel for process cooling equipment in Southeast Asia. He opened offices in Singapore and Taiwan and managed a reseller channel that reached into China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia and Borneo. Affinity's OEM customer base allowed Chris to hone his skills in highly technical verticals such as semiconductor manufacturing and testing, medical device manufacturing and laser technologies.

"We are extremely excited to have Chris move into his new role as Director of North American Distribution," said Brian Allen, VP of Sales for Cold Jet. "This newly created position will be instrumental in managing and enhancing our distribution relationships. We look forward to having Chris take on this expanded role."
